The birdhouse consists of 4 parts. The top finial, the roof, the house, and the bottom finial. Different woods create this functional house. The hole is sized for a wren. 1 1/8 inch.
There is no perch because the wrens fly right in, and predator birds cannot perch.
Some of the house measure 14″ tall x 9″ round.
These have a polyurethane finish to withstand the weather.
Most of the houses will have turquoise inlays or copper inlays or both. I’ve been told by my customers that these birdhouses would be staying in the house as art pieces.
