An Darach Uaigneach. (The Irish translation for:- “The lonely Oak”) A Bog Oak turned vessel. Extracted from Bohérmeen bog Co Meath, Ireland. The wood is believed to be approximately 3,500 years old before extraction from a peat bog bed and air dried for up to 20 years before turning.
