China Berry Wood Magic Wand

This is a magic wand that I turned for my nephew, Kegon about a year ago.

I am not totally sure of the type of wood, but believe it might be China Berry.

The piece of wood was a scrap piece given to me by an older gentleman that does woodworking.

I didn’t think to ask as the time as to what type of wood each piece he gave me was.

The finish is 3 coats of Spar Urethane. I mainly used a 3/4 inch skew chisel.
